Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of services provided by North Star Automation LLC.

Services. We provide automated missed-call text-back and related customer-messaging setup and management for businesses.

Fees. Services are provided for the fees agreed at signup (a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee). Monthly fees are billed each month. You may cancel at any time; there is no long-term contract.

Your responsibilities. You agree to use the service lawfully and to comply with applicable messaging and consent regulations. If you are a business using our service, you are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your own customers where required.

Availability. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, North Star Automation LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
